SELF is a financial concierge membership created for self-employed people.

Rather than having to work out who to speak to every time you have a financial question or decision to make, you can start with SELF. Tell your concierge what you need and, where specialist expertise is required, we'll connect you with the appropriate expert from our hand-selected partner network.
Who is SELF for?+
SELF is designed for people who work for themselves — including freelancers, founders, company directors, consultants, contractors, creators and sole traders.

Our members have different careers and businesses, but share something in common: being self-employed can make their personal financial lives more complicated. SELF exists to make it simpler.
How does the SELF Financial Concierge work?+
Simply message your SELF concierge when you have a financial question or need.

We'll ask a few simple questions to understand what you're trying to achieve. Where specialist help is required, we'll introduce you to the appropriate expert from our partner network.

You then deal directly with that expert, while SELF remains your place to start the next time you need help.
Who are the experts SELF introduces me to?+
Our partners are hand-selected for their expertise and experience working with self-employed people.

We look for specialists who understand that self-employed finances don't always fit neatly into standard boxes and who have the experience to work with the circumstances our members face.

Depending on what you need, this can include specialists across mortgages, wealth and pensions, protection, tax and accounting, property and legal services.
Does SELF provide financial advice?+
No. SELF is a concierge and introduction service.

SELF helps you understand what type of expertise you may need and connects you with an appropriate partner. Where regulated financial advice or another professional service is required, that advice or service is provided directly by the relevant partner, who is responsible for the advice they provide.
Will I have to pay the experts SELF introduces me to?+
That depends on the service and the partner.

Any fees or charges relating to a professional service will be explained to you by the relevant partner before you proceed.

SELF members may receive partner benefits depending on their membership level, including reduced fees, complimentary initial consultations, enhanced service levels and other preferential arrangements with participating partners.
Does SELF receive commission from its partners?+
Yes, in some cases.

SELF may receive a referral fee, commission or share of revenue when a member uses a service provided by one of our partners.

This does not increase the cost of your SELF membership, and our partners remain responsible for explaining any charges associated with the services they provide.
What is the difference between SELF, SELF Plus and SELF Private?+
SELF gives you access to the SELF Financial Concierge, our content and community, our hand-selected partner network and standard partner benefits.

SELF Plus includes everything in SELF, together with a 45-minute human onboarding session, an annual financial review, enhanced partner benefits and priority access to events.

SELF Private includes everything in SELF Plus, together with a dedicated human Financial Concierge, quarterly check-ins, exclusive partner benefits and access to exclusive private events.
How much does SELF membership cost?+
SELF is free to join.

SELF Plus is £49 per month or £499 per year.

SELF Private is £199 per month or £1,999 per year.

You can choose the membership level that best suits the level of support and service you want.
Can I cancel my membership?+
SELF is free and can be left at any time.

SELF Plus and SELF Private are available on monthly or annual subscriptions. Your cancellation, renewal and cooling-off rights are explained in the SELF Membership Terms.

Where applicable, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after purchasing a paid membership.
